Well, he’s done it again. Just when you thought there was no more pushing to be done, he finds another way. The POTUS took the opportunity of the “National Prayer Breakfast “to admonish that Christians have done hideous things, “And lest we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place – remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ,” the president said.” At the National Day of Prayer breakfast of all things, not prayer just more politics. Lest we forget Mr. President, these weren’t Christians and the Inquisitions were against Christians, this was a vast political force stretching millennium and even exists as a “country” today. That same political force that you have embraced, now, as a partner in your crimes. Whew, got that off my chest. Continue reading
I keep struggling for an answer when pegged with the question about the building “jobs” for the church that are allegedly gone (okay, a couple, conveniently) since the “apostles” died off. I know that apostles are needed now and I know there are a ton of fakes but in my “oldness” I lacked the time to do a thorough study on it. Leave it to my friend Ben in Romania to already have the work done for a nagging thought. An awesome insight and study. Thanks Ben, for the hard work.

I’ve been studying the word “apostle” recently. While I don’t have any “ground-breaking” things to say, I did realize some things that I hadn’t noticed before.
Before getting to the things that I found surprising, let me just say…. I know people tend to freak out when anyone starts talking about apostles, especially when that person believes in the present gift and calling, but bear with me. Don’t freak out. Yet.
Okay, now that that’s done, let’s start with some basics:
1) The term “apostle” used to be a normal Greek word, not a religious word with a capital letter on the front of it. That capital letter and the religious context only came later, much later. In the beginning, it was a word just like any other, just like how “born again” used to mean simply being born a second time, not “prayed a prayer and go to an evangelical church…

Well, it’s that time of year again. I’m getting my usual emails that Christmas is a pagan holiday brought in by catholics, and that you shouldn’t celebrate because it’s unholy pagan worship. Hey, here’s a thought, maybe if you admit to that then the atheists will leave you alone. Shoot, the British Commonwealth countries have the pagan day the day after on Boxing Day, haven’t heard an atheist complain about that yet. Continue reading
This caught my eye and reminded me of the guy earlier this year who had no problem injecting an RFID into his hand to run his smart phone. He responded that he’s a technology junkie always needs to stay on top of the current and newest technology. It’s boggling how easily deceived so many are.

Cicret Smart Bracelet puts a touch-controlled projector on your arm.
The Circret Smart Bracelet, which appeared on Indiegogo not long ago, has now finished its campaign for funding. The result should be a bracelet wearable that can project a touch-controlled screen onto your arm.
The Circet uses a Pico projector to throw your mobile’s screen into your arm. It also features eight proximity sensors which the bracelet uses to detect your finger position so as to feedback controls. This means you can use your phone as you would normally, but all right there on your arm while the device itself sits in your pocket or bag.
Unlike other wearables this could offer the…

I had to twist that a little bit because, though I believe the other way, sometimes the shoe fits. As in this case, sometimes offense is the better defense. Recently, the Duggar family, who has a reality show (sic) about their plethora of kids, has been hauled into a public display, beat down, punishment simply because the family matriarch has taken a strong public stand against forcibly allowing men ( with a Y chromosome ) free access into women’s lounges, restrooms, showers etc simply because the “felt” like a woman that day. They also removed a picture of homosexuals kissing posted to their personal Facebook page, oh the horror ( they also would have removed pic of a guy and a gal kissing wearing nothing but a G string ). I know some of you have been wondering where I am and what’s up. So whats up? I put myself into a bit of a timeout for two reasons. One being needing time to resurrect this farm into a working ranch and two, a little bit of a lack of integrity. I found myself starting to wade into yellow journalism to feed the stats and that isn’t what God had called me to do here. There is enough of that going on all around. There are enough really harmful things going on that we need to be aware of without indulging on those things that help make it a crummy day.
With winter falling on us I should be back inside to share more again of what God would have us be mindful of. Take care and God bless.
How subtle and under the radar these things continue. I pray your eyes are open, keeping watchful, keeping peace and wholly seeking Christ. As we see things seemingly going down the tubes don’t forget you still have to live till He comes. This I say, PREPARE for the worst, PLAN for the best.

Mr Peres asked Pope Francis to head a parallel United Nations called the “United Religions” to counter religious extremism in the world today.
Former Israeli President Shimon Peres has said that Pope Francis is more powerful than the United Nation when it comes to advocating peace.
While visiting the Vatican earlier today, Mr Peres asked Pope Francis to head a parallel United Nations called the “United Religions” to counter religious extremism in the world today.
Peres said the United Nations and its peacekeepers “do not have the force or the effectiveness of any one of the Pope’s homilies, which can draw half a million people just in St Peter’s Square alone.”
“So given that the United Nations has run its course, what we need is an organisation of United Religions,” Mr Peres said, as “the best…
