How much is a life worth, Barack Obama?

What a year on the political circus wagon, so far the worst in American history, that is really heading down the tube. Recently one candidate accused the POTUS of paying a huge ransom for four  https://i0.wp.com/www.gannett-cdn.com/-mm-/6f7107c98cf858bc58f44d03efb28b27e51b3ebb/c=222-0-1629-1059&r=x404&c=534x401/local/-/media/USATODAY/USATODAY/2014/06/04//1401882754000-AP-Afghanistan-Captured-Soldier.jpgAmerican hostages held by Iran, $400 million, that amounts to $100 million each. That tops, presumably, releasing 5 terrorists for one military deserter. WOW!

Supposedly the payment is the first installment of a $1.7 billion settlement for an alleged breach of contract for an arms contract with the Shah. But wait, the contract was with the Shah, an ally, not with the folks who toppled that government ( we have no business arming our enemies, oh wait, Obama….I’ll get to that).

https://i0.wp.com/portocallpublishing.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/obama-bike-3.jpgSo, Obama has agreed to fund Iran’s nuclear expansion with virtually unfettered freedom to develop nuclear arms. So there goes another $1.7 billion dollars onto the debt. Incredible! For nearly eight years this country has been led (sic) by a wimp, what it needed was a man.

When the supposed debt to Iran began, Iran held 52 Americans for 444 days. At the helm, then, was the worst president in history ( he has now relinquished that title to the current POTUS) and all he could wrangle was an aborted debacle of a rescue attempt. A real man would have countered this recent negotiation (instead of arming our enemy) with a settlement for the 52 American hostages still unresolved.

The Americans were held hostage for 444 days, so at $100 a day lost income that amounts to $5200 x 444 equaling $2,308,800 for their stay. Add in $1 million each for mental anguish, pain and suffering and you get $54,308,800 compounded annually at a modest 5% and you get $512,363,240.82. But wait, Obama just set the price at $100 million each for a few days. So 52 Americans at $100 million is $52 billion at 1% annually is $82,183,860,444.55. Start that free oil flowing. Obama could have been a hero, but his motive is to put the USA in bondage, not freedom.

This is nothing new, his master, the devil, played a subtle card game with humanity back at the beginning of time. He played a word game with Eve. He told her she could be like God, knowing good and evil, if she’d just eat the apple, besides, God lied because she wouldn’t really die. Well, she ate and so did her husband, and yes, they both learned good AND evil, but no, they didn’t become like God and as such were removed from the garden so that they could no longer eat from the tree of life. Knowledge of good and evil, they should have skipped that part, but, because they didn’t evil has been part of us since.

But, because God is good, he provided a ransom. The death of a https://i0.wp.com/www.clker.com/cliparts/K/O/k/k/a/T/christ-on-the-cross-md.pngrighteous man could pay the price, and only a special man. Jesus would come into the world and pay that ultimate ransom price. He would live among us, teach us in righteousness, be hated, and murdered in the most cruel of ways. He did all this because His father asked Him to, to become the ransom for the entire of humanity. This He did a little over two thousand years ago.

I’m awestruck by it. How much is a life worth? Obama set it at $100 million. That was over 2000 years ago. My cost? At a modest 1% it would be over $51,509,762,305,132,776.00. Sure I’ll write the check next week. But wait, what’s that? It’s free?????  It’s a free gift? Yes. Will I take this free gift? Yes, and a thousand times yes. And you can too, just accept His free gift to you, why wait. How much is a life worth? Priceless…..
